Which cats are eligible for the guarantee?
Aside from the exclusion above, every cat undergoing FIP treatment with Mutian Products is eligible for the Day 85 guarantee, provided the compliance requirements in Section 2 are met.
The conditions for the guarantee to remain valid
For the guarantee to stay valid, the cat parent must meet all three of the following conditions:
Which documents must be submitted?
Within 10 days of starting treatment, the following must be submitted:
- (A) Complete blood count + biochemistry (CBC & Chem panel)
- (B) X-ray (chest and abdomen)
- (C) Ultrasound (abdomen)
- (D) Eye photographs (front view, natural light)
- (E) Video of walking and jumping (15–30 seconds)
If a particular examination cannot be completed in time, explain the reason to the companion clinician.

Before discontinuing Mutian Products, you must:
- Send the companion clinician your cat’s latest CBC + biochemistry + ultrasound / X-ray
- Wait for our confirmation before stopping — do not decide the stop date unilaterally on your own
If a relapse happens, what do we do?
If you suspect your cat has relapsed, follow these steps:
- Contact the companion clinician immediately with the symptoms and timeline
- Provide the latest CBC + biochemistry + ultrasound / X-ray
