Guai Guai Fight FCGS

Name: Guai Guai

Age: 8 years and 10 months

Weight: 5kg

Background: In January 2022, symptoms of oral inflammation were observed. Over the years, Guai Guai has only liked to eat cat food and has not been fond of various canned foods and meat. After the onset of oral inflammation, its personality became more timid and fearful. It tends to hide and is particularly close to me, but is afraid of anyone else.

(First day of medication) One Mutoral pill administered, spray three times, one or two sprays each time. Oral condition: redness and swelling, experiencing mouth pain when eating cat food, bad breath, severe dental calculus, and basically no saliva.

(Third day of medication) Guai Guai's response to the medication is evident. Its eating frequency has noticeably increased, and the pain is reduced compared to before. Its mood has also significantly improved. The changes in the oral cavity are not yet apparent from the current photos. I estimate that changes will be visible after taking the medication for seven days or more.

(Seventh day of medication) One Mutoral pill administered, spray three times, one or two sprays each time. The appetite is very good, eating a lot more cat food than before the medication. The redness and swelling have reduced, and there is barely any sign of pain when eating cat food. However, there is still strong resistance to opening the mouth for examination.

(Days 8-10 of medication)

Administering one Mutoral pill orally, and spraying once in the morning and once in the evening, one or two sprays each time. Eating situation is basically normal, similar to the normal amount for a cat. The feeling of pain is getting lighter, normal urination and defecation, good mood. Upon examination, the redness and swelling in the oral cavity have significantly reduced. The area around the mouth is no longer a deep red, but has lightened considerably. In good spirits, showing interest in grooming and licking its fur.

(Days 11-16 of medication)

Administering one Mutoral pill orally, and spraying once in the morning and once in the evening, one or two sprays each time. Eating habits are similar to a normal cat. Previously only eating cat food, now willing to eat some canned food as well, and has developed a liking for the taste of chicken liver. Occasionally given a small amount, not excessive. Eating a lot of cat food, no pain when eating, mouth area is clean, significant improvement in bad breath, normal urination and defecation, good mood. The situation regarding redness and swelling is similar to last week's feedback. Previously, the area around the mouth was very red, now it has reduced significantly. The redness and swelling of the gums on the side of the mouth is not much different from last week's photos.
